Every year at Wanderer Festival we create a HUGE community rock and roll band and we need YOU to be part of it. Over a month of informal Sunday afternoon rehearsals we invite guitarists, bass players, drummers, singers, keyboardists, ANYONE to join us to jam out half a dozen rock and pop anthems. Brass and string players are doubly welcome!
The Big Lost Band is a highly accessible musical creature, in which budding musicians rub shoulders with experienced hands. You can get a taste of its vibe here.
We will be also be working separately with the music departments of several schools, but public rehearsals are at Wolumla Community Hall between 1pm and 3pm every Sunday starting on the 27th of August.
The gig will happen at Wanderer on the afternoon of Sunday 1st of October. It promises to be a highlight of the weekend!
