Five-piece, multi-platinum selling British band Gomez will perform their groundbreaking album Liquid Skin in its entirety at The Lost Lands! 20 years on from the release of Liquid Skin, you can hear their influence echo in much of the music that followed.
Gomez combine indie and roots music with lo-fi electronics, driven by a modern experimental sensibility and a love of the past. The band have built audiences internationally, especially in the US and Australia.
Their debut release Bring It On earnt the band 1998’s coveted Mercury Music Prize for Album of the Year, beating Massive Attack, The Verve and Pulp. A year later, Gomez released their critically acclaimed platinum-selling record Liquid Skin.
Following up last year’s sold-out 20th anniversary tour, the Southport quartet return to the stage in celebration of the upcoming re-issue of Liquid Skin.
